Deluxe double room – the Boutique Room
Enjoy the ”theatre feeling“ of the Vernissage in one of the six deluxe double rooms, all in an exclusively new design by artist Heinz Julen. Each suite has a free-standing bathtub at the front window, providing a lovely view of the mountains. Three of the deluxe double rooms are south-facing with a view of the Matterhorn, and three have a view of the impressive ”Mischabel“ group with the Dom and the Täschhorn, and also allow you to follow the activity on Zermatt`s ice rink.The rooms are finished in stainless steel, glass, walnut and fine velvet, and have an electronic display that allows the creation of unique and atmospheric lighting effects. The average deluxe double room size is 30 m2, with an additional 7.5 m2 private balcony.
The room’s double bed is located in the centre of the room, looking out to the natural surrouindings. All rooms are equipped with a sofa, a desk for working, a minibar, free Internet connection, a free-standing bathtub with a view of the mountains, separate shower, hair dryer, bathrobe/slippers, flatscreen cable TV, DVD & CD player, iPod dock, telephone and safe.
