Ivo Adam 

The innovative chef from Bern, Ivo Adam, has become a major player within the Swiss gastronomic scene. Rewarded with multiple points and stars, he heads the company and is responsible for a vast number of gastronomic operations.

The establishments are an oasis for the senses, a place to meet and to enjoy. Elite and varied cuisine, the culture of wine, architecture, atmosphere and the exclusive locations of the restaurants characterize this globally exquisite experience.

Florian Neubauer (Master Chef)

Chef De Cuisine Florian Neubauer is a dynamic young chef, who leads the After Seven Restaurant with passion and inspiration. During his career he has worked in well-known restaurants one of which is "Dinner by Heston Blumenthal" in London. Over the summer months he has been exploring new flavours and techniques so that once again in winter, the After Seven will present to us a unique dining experience. Please note that the After Seven Restaurant is only suitable for children to a limited extent. There is no children menu offered.
During the restaurant stay, we are happy to organize a nanny for our little hotel guests.
