  • Reservation Conditions

    A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation, even if the amount has not yet been charged at that time.

    You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation takes effect.

    If you cancel or change your reservation after the 24-hour period or do not show up at the restaurant, the restaurant may charge your credit card 

    150 CHF per person

    For reservations of 4 or more persons, the cancellation period of 72 hours.

Within a remarkably short period of time, Florian Neubauer rose to become the youngest chef in Europe with two Michelin stars to his name on his early 30s.

As well as being talented in the culinary arts, Neubauer is also a seasoned traveler and a big fan of great entertainment. After training to become a chef in the Black Forest in Germany, he set off around the world on a culinary journey of discovery, stopping off to work with famous chefs such as Heston Blumenthal in London and Tim Raue in Berlin. He also cooked in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and learned one thing above all: to see things from every perspective. During the summer months he still goes on long trips, always on the search for new ingredients, markets, techniques and perspectives. In winter he transforms these souvenirs into a unique culinary experience in Zermatt, according to the motto: «Change the view – See the new»
