With Star Axis, Severin Guelpa opens up a space between Earth and the cosmos, intimacy and infinity. The exhibition invites visitors to leave familiar perspectives behind and turn their attention to the forces that shape our environment—visible and invisible, material and imaginary.

Guelpa’s works explore the intersections of landscape, architecture and human experience. Materials, forms and spatial relationships come together in a compelling examination of orientation and change. The title Star Axis becomes a symbol of an imaginary axis—a connection between the place where we stand and everything that extends far beyond us.

The opening reception offers an opportunity to discover this multifaceted artistic world for the first time and to engage in conversation with the artist and fellow guests.
