_{. . . is Zermatt’s new summer pop-up restaurant, perched on the sun-drenched balconies of the Backstage Hotel. Enjoy the rooftop lounge with panoramic views and a perfectly framed vista of the Matterhorn, thanks to a striking open-air installation by architect Heinz Julen.} 

The cuisine at The Frame celebrates the al fresco lifestyle: dishes are served outdoors under striped parasols and soft breezes, in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere that radiates pure summer vibes.

On the menu: sunny, reimagined classics – juicy Smash Burger, creamy Burrata with peaches, elegant Fish & Chips, vibrant Salmon Tostada with passion fruit, and delicate Tagliarini with chanterelles. Perfect for summer apéritifs and long golden evenings under the open sky.
